Kevin Sneddon is the CEO and Broker of Private Client Realty – a specialized luxury residential brokerage & consulting firm with a service model often referred to as “private banking meets real estate brokerage.”  According to the 2015 Real Trends/The Wall Street Journal Report, Kevin ranks as one of the top 250 real estate agents in the United States (by sales volume).  According to this same report, Kevin is ranked #31 in NYC – out of a universe of over 25,000 real estate agents.

Kevin has a wealth of business and real estate experience accumulated over the past 26 years – including a successful 13-year career in financial services at American Express plus 13 years as an accomplished high-end real estate investment, development and specialized brokerage entrepreneur. Licensed in NY & CT, Kevin is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Greenwich Association of Realtors (MLS) and the National Association of Realtors. While operating in 3 markets out of his main office located on Park Avenue in Manhattan, Kevin resides in Greenwich with his wife and two children.

Kevin is one of perhaps a handful of brokers nationwide that has brokered $17MM+ residential deals in 3 different markets (NYC, the Hamptons and Greenwich) and $35MM+ deals in 2 different markets (NYC and the Hamptons). In 2014, Kevin brokered the $38MM sale of a substantial residence at The Plaza Hotel – which was the 15th highest residential sale in NYC in 2014. In the same year, Kevin brokered the $17MM sale of a Greenwich “back country” estate, which was the 2nd highest residential sale in Greenwich in 2014. Both deals involved foreign buyers.
